Not all stains come out with regular washing. Our trained staff understands stain chemistry and applies targeted treatments for maximum removal success.

Stain Categories We Handle

Oil-based stains such as cooking oil, grease, butter, and petroleum products need degreasers because they don’t respond to water. Food and drink stains like coffee, wine, tomato sauce, curry, and juice require tailored chemical treatments. Biological stains—blood, sweat, grass, and body oils—are best removed with enzyme-based cleaners. Chemical and cosmetic stains, including ink, makeup, lipstick, nail polish, and dye transfer, each need targeted solvents for effective removal.

Our Treatment Approach

We identify what caused the stain when possible. Knowing the source determines which chemicals and methods will work best for removal. Different fabrics tolerate different treatments. What works safely on cotton might damage silk. We match aggressive or gentle treatment to fabric type. Protein stains get enzyme treatments.

Important Stain Realities

Fresh stains are dramatically easier to remove than old ones. Quick action significantly improves success rates. Same-day treatment works best. Washing in hot water or putting stained items through a hot dryer can permanently set many stains. Bring items to us before attempting home treatment. Some stains chemically alter fabric dyes and cannot be removed without damaging the garment itself. We'll be honest about what's possible.

Express Same-Day Delivery

Sometimes laundry can't wait. Our express same-day service handles urgent situations when you need clean clothes immediately.

How Express Service Works

Bring items to our Lugbe facility before 10:00 AM for guaranteed same-day completion. Earlier drop-off (8-9 AM) increases likelihood of afternoon pickup. Express service is available Monday through Saturday. Not available Sundays due to reduced staffing and processing capacity. Best suited for wash and fold items and simple pressing.
